★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the lucky winner of 4 new tires, and a gift basket from Kal Tire. Amazing win from an amazing team at Barrie’s Kal Tire. Nebeel, Jordan, Tucker, and the service team in the back were nothing short of 5 stars. ⭐️
They even fixed a car issue that they didn’t need to. Thanks for all the prizes, the Bluetooth speaker and thermal mugs came ice fishing with me. I will be a returning customer.
Keep up the fantastic customer service, it really makes a difference.

Appointment time was kept and work was done efficiently and professionally. Sales and Service was top notch. Will be back for my new summer tires and rims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Kal Tire for years and I'm so disappointed in the customer service lately. My appointment today was at 12:30pm and I had someone drop off my car early morning (8:00am). I called the store and informed them at 8:30 am. Someone answered and said they were aware which was great. However, at 2:27pm I had a missed call/voicemail regarding an issue with my car. I was surprised that this issue was brought to my attention at 2:27pm when my appointment was originally at 12:30pm. Regardless, I called back spoke to someone and was informed that they were beginning to work on the issue at 2:30pm. Now, I've been on hold for 10 minutes at a time since 3:30pm waiting to talk to someone about the update of my car. This happened another time before with my husband. Currently, I am still waiting for an update. I asked for someone to call me or text me when the car was completed however I have still not heard back and the store closes at 5:00pm. I'm quite certain, I will not have my car ready by tonight which is disappointing and frustrating. If you have an appointment here, make sure you are present and stay in the area.
