★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company has piss poor management and lacks any real leadership which is unfortunate because they have some exceptional people in production that work for them. The persons in the lead hand and production management positions have no idea how to run the day to day operations and essentially are flying by the seed of their pants. When your management team directly linked to the production floor lack knowledge and experience, the outcome will always spell disaster. But, that's what happens when you hire an incompetent individual from a paper mill background and expect him to run a welding fabrication plant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked there for 3 months through a temp agency being told that after 3 months get hired on full time and receive a 1000$ bonus after 4 months of work. Well guess what they didn’t hire me on full time because they didn’t want to pay the bonus. Plus their front office has no idea how to run a business. It’s basically the blind leading the blind. The most unorganized shop I’ve ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to work with people who would rather have people to talk to then decent employees then this is the place for you. And to customers looking to buy Chinese products stickered as made in Canada then buy away! Also office staff including HR is restaffed every year to keep employees confused and not promote them. All around horrible place to work and deal with. Not sure how they are even still in Canada and haven't lost MTO contract as yet
