★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promised 2 week delivery after approval of quote for structural engineering, turns out Robert never even started 2 weeks after he was retained for the service. Apparently he just forgot about the job. Did not return call to discuss what happened and how to proceed accordingly. Lack of integrity, lack of customer service, resulting in delays while preparing documents to submit for building permit. Plenty of good engineering firms, look for another one.

He was timely in all responses and provided excellent construction phase services. I never write reviews but I feel obliged to owe Robert this one. Rarely have I seen a consultant get in tight dirty spaces to confirm existing conditions. Was fun witnessing Robert do exactly that. I hope his firm responds to our future tenders.
