M	Mario Caputo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware. Ordered some small items and a trunk divider for my 71 Nova. Divider came damaged, and 1/2 of the remainder of the order was missing. I spoke to the owner numerous times about it. I'm a fair consumer, owner stated that the shipping and boxes for the trunk divider would cost more than the divider itself so he was supposed to refund me the divider, and I could keep the damaged item, great right? Never recieved my refund, never received the $5 seat adjuster handle, or the $40 seat escutcheons. Contacted them again, with promise of having it fixed, never happened . So all in all, a $25 damaged trunk divider, and 1 $5 seat adjuster, cost me over $100, and a bunch of wasted time. Buyer beware, pay a little extra, and use someone else to ensure you get what you pay for.

D	Dave Barton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered what was described as an exterior screw set for 2nd gen Camaro. The description said they would confirm contents and a shipping cost before billing. Never received either, only an extra $10 charge to my cc for shipping. Never received the package, after numerous emails with no response I called in and spoke to Mario. He was not happy to help me in the least. When he looked it up he found the package was sent to Scarborough and then returned to them, pretty far from where it was supposed to go in Alberta. This was 3 weeks after they billed my card. When I told him he was supposed to confirm before shipping he asked me what I wanted to do. I told him to cancel the order. He swore and hung up. 2 weeks later the package arrived at my door.The pictures show what they charged $25 for. So much for backing the Canadian guys. I'll go back to purchasing from the US and paying duty and shipping. Still better pricing and exceptionally better service.
W	Wayne Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Issy for all his hard work and diligence he put into correcting a manufacturer's error on some parts we had purchased from him over 2 yrs ago. He not only made many phone calls and emails to the manufacturer to make sure we would receive our replacement part, but spent time and money to correct an error that was by no means his fault. It is really nice to deal with a business that stands behind the products they sell.

Early Birds' prices are inline with what you'd pay after ordering from down south, factoring in exchange and shipping costs.

B	Bill Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a part and after weeks had gone by I reached out to them via email early afternoon, received a message later that day saying you have reached us after hours and that someone would get back to me , when someone finally did get back to me I was told my order had not been processed and they would send me etransfer directions, I had given my credit card number when I ordered the part over a month earlier, I think if my order had been for a more substantial amount it would have been taken care of right away, I canceled my order and my account, I would suggest ordering elsewhere, dont waste your time , they dont care about your time or business, if there are any positive reviews I doubt they are believable, likely fake. If I could put zero stars I would.
