It use to be a favorite of mine, however the doors are now locked, what seems to be all the time and as a none driver, you cannot order food and when the doors are unlocked I have been told that it drive thru only. Well I am sorry, but that is ridiculous. If you are drive thru only store then post that.
r	ryan penney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on here today after a jays game to grab some quick food for the drive home. We went in and there was a woman with a very patient guy. His name was Airu. He was patient and kind with this woman who was in a mobility assisted device. She went and found a table and he brought her order over and filled up her cup from the machine for her. I told him good job. This legit made me happy and had to write this. Thank you Airu for going the extra mile. Also food was quick and great like always when I visit this location when I'm in the barrie area.

When confronting management, one manager refused to talk to me, the other one approached me mid phone call and I had to wait for him to end the phone call. Management explained to me that they charged me for different items because of "my special requests" on my item, but at the end of the day this is fraudulent and is probably being done to artificially inflate sales of particular items. This system also does not work, as they repeatedly get orders wrong doing this. Management also thought my concern was that "they were attempting to scam me", which was not my concern until after they said something like that, as my concern the entire time was them messing up my order. Management also expressed that they were training 9 new staff members at the time. This is a poor practice, and is evident by the fact that a customer in front of me claimed to have been waiting for close to 20 minutes despite no one else being in the store. After promising to fix my order and refund me the items that were wrongfully charged, they screwed up again, and did not refund the mistakes and expected me to leave. I will be discussing this experience with Head Office and Better Business Bureau.

My family asked me to walk-in and we finally found out what happened! I walked back to drive through to notice the guys behind me. He got someone in the 1st window but same news. The drive through way were packed and no staff let us know!

There is sauce for the chicken, but no chicken…salad is missing croutons as well, these people need an extra hour of training to learn how to put the chicken in the bag.
G	Gord Hester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to try Wendy's breakfast menu on May, 19 2022. I ride an e-bike and your establishment does not offer a safe & secure place to lock bikes. I drove around the whole restaurant in search of a bike rack with no luck. I was very disappointed & I am yet to taste the breakfast baconator. This is a fail in my mind. ??☮
