★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Hungarian & German background, although born in Ontario, and enjoyed quality recipes & dishes from both cultures throughout my entire life. It is always a deep pleasure to walk into this deli and smell the cured meats and homemade sausages, which floods my mind with beautiful memories of my grandparents and parents. I love everything about this well run store. I am a huge fan of their freshly-made cabbage rolls! Their irresistible desserts are heavenly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprising find for me , outside athetics are missleading there is lots of selection for speciality foods and the prices are very reasonable, staff was very friendly and I will definitely be back to sample some more .

A large selection of Fresh and tasty meats and cheeses, breads and pastries at reasonable prices. Fine European chocolates and items not found at your local grocery stores line the shelves. This deli has been around for years and it’s hard not to see why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store was excellent when it was on cundles. Me and my wife would got at least three times a week to make sure are cold cuts are as fresh as possible. We loved the place and bragged about it. However the last few time we went to the new location on Bayfield it wasn't the same. Something is going on with their meat either the meat cutter machine needs to be cleaned or there refrigerator isn't working properly. On two seperate occasions/days my toddler vomited up the food she ate there. We never thought nothing of it at the time because we really couldn't put our finger on it. This Thursday my my wife picked up some cold cuts. I had a sandwich and woke up with terrible diarea. But my wife woke up sick as a dog and couldn't even get out of bed. Later that evening she was vomiting up all the meat from the night before. STAY AWAY FROM THE MEAT..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ European Fine Food & Deli has MOVED to 342 Bayfield Street (in the former Pizza Hut location adjacent to Pita Pit). Same great products and service. More space than previous location and better layout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there many times before. Meat was fresh. Not sure what changed bc the last two times I went there, my 2 year old ended up very sick after eating the meat. A week later, same thing happened to me. Both of us got ill literally after a day of going to the store and consuming the food. I also make sure to go on a Thursday as they get their stock that day and I assumed it was fresh. Lots of other foods are expired or close to expiry date. They should go through their inventory more often. Staff is nice and friendly, but you go there for good quality food mainly. Bummer. I liked going there but not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went in there for the first time not too long ago. Excellent and fresh food. The three ladies that were working there, were absolutely wonderful as well. Very polite very friendly and very quick. I would definitely recommend this place.
