Been going to this place for awhile. They do a great job on mine, my daughters and my mothers nails. The place is very clean.

It was my first time coming to this salon yesterday. I asked for a solar full set with french tips and one diamond on the middle finger. The french tips were done HORRIBLY (polish was crooked, smudged, and nails were uneven on both left and right hands). When I came back to the salon to explain that I was unhappy, the nail technician (who was extremely rude) told me that my polish did not come out well because they do not have a machine to properly paint on french tips. Sounds like a poor excuse to me. The technician "fixed" my nails - removed the polish, shaped a little more, and added a full colour - shellac on top. My nails look even worse than the first time. My nails are slanted and crooked. The polish was put on yesterday, and the colour is already chipping off (you can see in the photo attached). I asked for coffin shape! Looks NOTHING like coffin shape. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Awful. Paid $65.00. I do not recommend going here.

I have never been to such an amazing nail salon! All of the staff are incredibly nice and makes sure you are well taken care of. I specifically got Yen to do an acrylic set and she went above and beyond. It’s been so hard to get the shape and length i’ve wanted, but she did it perfectly. I asked for medium length coffin nails and i loved how they turned out. She was so sweet and patient with me changing my mind on my colour of nails. She was very kind and took her time. She stood out to me because i’ve never seen such an amazing nail tech. My whole family goes to her and i see why! It was first visit seeing her and I will definitely be back.

**INCOMPLETE SERVICE AND RIPPED OFF** The WORST experience at a nail salon EVER. First visit. Just moved to Barrie. I made 2x regular mani-ped appointments with shellac pedi for 1. I had to repeat myself multiple times with what I wanted when I booked the appointment. Then, I had to correct them again when they called to remind and confirm the appointment. Then, when I arrived I had to correct and repeat myself again. The technical convinced us to both have shellac pedis. But, then when it came to the manis, which were both planned as regular, the technician performed the service as though I was getting a shellac mani, until I stopped her. So, she cut the mani service short, painted my nails and left. I didn't even get a full regular manicure. No cream. No massage. What's the point then. Then, to make matters WORSE, they have no prices posted. They charged me for 2x regular manicures and 2x shellac pedicures, as opposed to 2x regular mani-pani pedi with a charge of 2x $5 for shellac (like every other nail salon I've ever been for the last 15+ years). Even WORSE, I was charged MORE than 2x shellac mani-pedi. $60+ MORE than I've ever paid for this service with better results. I explained my dissatisfaction with the service and price. He didn't even suggest that he charge me for 2x shellac mani-pedi or give me a discount as a new customer and with the understanding that prices aren't posted. I advised he'd be losing me as a long-term customer. He told me he didn't care. I was my prerogative to never come back. I guess they have enough business. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. I'll back to my old nail salon in the city. I'd suggest you consider another salon before going here.

I like that they do your nails quick but at the same time it’s not perfect and costs way too much. I thought it’s just me but I sent my friend there and she paid $40 more than what she usually pays at her usual place. This place will charge you for getting “long nails” but the nails your getting are average. If you’re rich and have money to waste than this place is ok. To add to my review I did ask the price first, and this happens over and over you guys add more to the price at the end. And I don’t even ask for design because I can only imagine the overprice. My friend pays $80 for Solar set and pedicure at galaxy nails and this place charged $120 plus tip.

I went there to do and got a full set of acrylics, very happy with how they turned out! Very happy with the salon, the service and the nails themselves! the price is also awesome! Will definitely be going back again!

This was my first time visiting their salon and I’m very pleased to say I had an excellent experience! My nail tech was extremely sweet and professional and did a fantastic job on my nails. I’ll absolutely be going there again!

I made a reservation for my party of 5. They were a little confused about what we wanted (3 acrylics, 1 adult mani, 1 child mani) but they accepted my answer each time they wanted clarification. The day before the appointment they called me to remind me, and they used my name which felt really personal. The day of the appointment they were VERY busy (that's fine). The technician didn't speak much to me except for essential communications (which was more than fine). I asked for a snowflake on accent nail + thumb and holy cows alive did the technician deliver! She free-handed incredibly intricate snowflakes and all 4 are amazing, like fine arts degree level talent. My entire party of 5 left very happy with their nails, and I believe we saw 3 different technicians.
