★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have had to deal with them they are not overly helpful. I had a problem with the lenses in my glasses and the only help they could offer was 50% off a new pair. I ended up contacting the company directly to get the new lenses at no cost since there was a defect in the lens. When I asked about changing the lenses, once again Sunglass Hut offered no help. They said the lenses were hard to change and that I better deal with Lenscrafters instead. The company who supplied the lenses said they were fairly easy to change so they don't know the product they are selling very well. I won't be dealing with this Sunglass Hut location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda was less than helpful when trying to deal with a pair of defective lenses purchased from this location a year ago. She placed the blame on me and my usage of the lenses instead of offering to help replace them. Wasn't even offered a discount on a new pair! NEVER EVER!!!! purchase from this location, they'll be unwilling to help when it comes to defective products. Deal directly with the manufacturer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I was in the store today buying two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses one was for my girlfriend for Christmas, I got to the counter and she was checking me out . Then something seemed shady the one lady left the counter and went to talk to a manger I believe and showed her one par of the glasses, that seemed strange, then came back and packed them up for me, when I got back to my truck I was happy and began to look at them , then noticed a scratch on the frame , I went back in they didn't have the same par ,so they new what they were doing and tried to sell me hock shop quality shades , I honestly thought your company was a stand up business, .. with all that's going on shady people is the last thing I wanted to deal with today, I spent like 360 and still feel ripped off.
You People worrie about customer service please. Not a few hundred , Merry Christmas ?☃️
