★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got home from upgrading my phone with the fellows at this Koodo kiosk location. I've been an infrequent return customer for several years now and my experience has always been great, but this was by far the most fun I've had dealing with the dreaded new phone purchase! The first thing I wanted to do was rave about my experience!
The three guys there were fantastic! They had great chemistry and were all very willing to jump in and help each other when needed. Despite the comings and goings of other patrons, I have to say, the teamwork was impressive! My options were made very clear and my questions were patiently answered; we went over every detail thoroughly - I never felt dismissed or neglected. All the while, I was able to laugh and joke with them without derailing the process. Very skillful reps!
We had a hiccup with my old phone and a setting that threw a wrench in what would have been a textbook case, but it was handled incredibly well. I'm sure it took some stressful troubleshooting but I never felt any negativity, especially not directed at me. I ended up spending some extra time there, but none of us seemed to mind. I certainly felt it was time well spent :)
Honest and helpful; dynamic and personable (but professional!), and very knowledgeable, these guys deserve a bonus for going above and beyond! Thank you for a fun and informative experience, guys! Koodos (hah!) on a job well done ;D

Joel got me switched over to a new phone, and got me an amazing deal on a new plan while providing some top notch conversation while waiting for things to go through. Ryan and Rama assisted swimmingly with little tidbits of info along the way. It was great working with you, gentlemen - I'll certainly be back in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Wish I could remember the Koodo worker (tall with beard) who "helped" me but the only memorable part was how useless he was.
It was apparent almost immediately that I knew more about Koodo's plans and pricing options for a new phone than he did. I've had a previous much better experience at this location where the worker showed me the computer screen with the breakdown of all options. Today however this bearded fellow just basically had me tell him what price options I would like and which plan best suited me.
AND HERE IS THE KICKER
I'm just about to pay for the new phone and he shows me the breakdown finally that includes a $50 connection fee, I say:
"I thought that was waived for new phones"
"Only if you purchase online"
"So can I do that and just save the $50?"
"Only if you can figure it out on your own, you might just end up back here"
Well that was 20 minutes ago and I've successfully changed my plan and bought a new phone online.
Koodo should pay me $50.

He was amazing. Very helpful getting my new phone going, transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. I tried myself multiple times but couldn't get it done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the last 2 weeks I dropped into the koodo Mayfair location. Joel was available to help and he easily gave the best help I’ve had with any provider. He was friendly, quick to answer questions and super helpful. We switched my plan over to koodo and everything has worked without any issues. If you need help, go see Joel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat decided he hated my phone and knocked it off a table to it's death. Jorge was a fantastic help in all ways for getting a new phone. I am indecisive when it comes to getting new phones and he was patient and helpful in explaining all the options and how they compared to my previous Galaxy A70. I would not hesitate to recommend the Mayfair location of Koodo to anyone that needs a new phone.
