Kai was very attentive and helpful in choosing suits, colours and all the required measurements. He was also very patient with questions. My shirts and suits all required follow up alterations and Kai was very knowledgeable on the whole process. I bought 2 suits and 5 shirts for the first order. I've since bought an overcoat and another 2 suits, 5 shirts and bunch of ties for Black Friday only ever dealing with Kai. Highly recommend dealing with Kai, I'm a very happy customer

From the second I walked in, the environment, exceptional level of service and friendly staff made me feel comfortable through the entire fitting process. I spent well over an hour with Indochino associate Nas, who not only educated me on different looks and styles available to me, but coached me through the process of finding and the PERFECT wedding day tux. Thr choice of material was really good and the the tailored suit was also good, for the most part. However, Kai took really good care of customizing and the final finish. I can comfortably recommend this place for a custom suit. Also ask for Kai, he is awesome. Thank you for taking such good care and attention to details during this process.

Jonathan helped me out and was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions without pushing an upsell too hard. When taking measurements for the fit of the suits, there was not only a double check with a colleague, but a triple check from the manager to sign off on the final measures, which I found to be reassuringly thorough and hyper attentive to detail. Will be going back for future fittings.

I walked in and I was greeted by Nas and he quickly made sure my experience was positive. He was very professional and helped me get a suit I was looking for quickly. I’m not a big fan of shopping but an hour passed by without me feeling like it was burdensome. Super smooth and pleasant experience!
