I strongly recommend the Brooks Brothers store on Bloor, whereby the service is substantially better. Service was excellent when Faiq, the manager, used to work here. Unfortunately he no longer works at this location.

Also, they out silicone on the inside of the crease in all their dress slacks/ suit pants - the cleaners constantly create two creases because of the silicone. Far prefer the main store downtown to the outlet or airport stores because of the above.

Not sure if it is was my skin colour (brown) or I didn't dress or looked wealthy. The staff showed less interest in helping me. I am a first time customer of this brand and not sure if I would like to go back to place like this, where I need to be someone else to be treated with respect.

The staff has always been polite and attentive with a great knowledge of the fabrics and styles that I am looking for, while not being pushy and suggesting numerous different looks at varying price points. The Brooks Brothers suits I own are well built with beautiful Italian wool that retains its fit and colour after prolonged day to day use. Tailoring was included at a minimal amount ($20) and came out looking great. They partner with many firms in the area to extend a corporate discount for 15% off any purchases. Finding a good suit can be tough and it is nice to know Brooks Brothers is there with consistent quality for business or formal wear.
A	Andy Brooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been wearing Brooks Brothers shirts for just shy of 20 years. It started with the name but quickly was about the the shirts themselves. A friend would travel to the US and bring my shirts back and the opening of the Toronto store coincided with my friend ending his travels. If you want to look as crisp at 9pm as you did at 9am Brooks Brothers shirts are the way to go. Now if I could just get the family discount. ;)
A	Adil Rahman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this location at all costs. I walked in at 5:03 PM on a Wednesday and the employee told me the store closed at 5:00. Well I told him on Google it says it closes at 6:00. I told him I already know what I need you just need to cash me out. Mind boggling but they would not allow me to make my purchase. I drove from 30 minutes away going off the hours on Google.
J	Jung Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I've ever experienced. They never pick up calls and you have to go to the downtown location if you want to return online purchases. Did I mention the downtown location is only open when you're unavailable? I sent an email asking how to complete a return and they provided no instructions. All they said was "Online purchases must be shipped to the store". Great, thanks how about telling me how to do that.
