He said they were out of stock. I asked when stock might come in and he said "it's on China. I dont know. Have your friend call and ask someone else at Moores." Had 0 interest in helping whatsoever. UPDATE Called another two Moore's stores and found much, much more helpful staff. Was able to locate the suit at another location.

Walk in and am met with a dismissive staff “sorry were busy” “should have called to make appointment” .. that’s rich. They offer an appointment 3 weeks out. Say I’ll have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a needed fitting if i stick around. Call another location and get in right away.

Friendly greeting on entrance and thou I was more street bum looking dressed went straight to work understanding my desires and needs. Perfect match suit and offering up choices for shirt, shoes tie and winter coat with scarf. With Black Friday specials pricing was fair. Definitely a must shop store and I will be back in to do more business.

So I came by last Sunday Feb 20th to see if I could get some help with a new suit. I walked in and was not greated. Waited for 20 minutes browsing the store and was still not asked if I needed help. There was a gentleman at the back with a client who had made a appointment. But there was another employee at the cash not wearing a mask who had just made a sale with a client who was also not wearing a mask. I understand they work on commission but talking to him for 20 minutes no masks when there are people on the floor needing help is ridiculous. Went there looking to spend my hard earned money but after not being being greeted and waiting 20+ minutes I decided to take my business else where. I was very happy with my previous experience at this location. But my visit on Sunday Feb 20th was awful.
S	SHAWN VENASSE - Sales Representative on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A solid men's clothing store for work and more formal occasions, although they do have some casual wear too. If you are looking for good quality business suits and the like and you don't want to spend a fortune at Harry R's, then this is the place to go. I can pick up 2 or more complete outfits for the same price I used to spend on one. And the staff is good. They know their product and are very helpful. And then there's the store itself. Its very old world in an old building on Yonge Street which exudes old world classiness and the smell of fabric which wafts through the air. Oh and did I say how wonderful the staff is here. So very helpful. They even do all alterations in house. I really can't think of anything negative. I guess their selection of some accessories is limited in style and size - like shoes and belts and overcoats. But they still stock a lot for the average size and taste. All told, I highly recommend this store. In fact all this writing about them makes me want to go shopping there again soon...and I hate shopping! So that is the best recommendation I can possibly give. Enjoy.
