★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees are underpaid, overworked and not at all appreciated. The managing partner is extremely emotionally volatile and the main source of harassment within firm leaving no recourse option. The other partner is too weak to stand up to the Managing Partner and just does whatever she says even though it's sometimes illegal (i.e. threatening to dock your pay if you don't make your billable hours target). Several wrongful terminations. Insensitive towards long-term illness, disability, maternity leave, etc.. Poorly run business, struggling financially in a declining industry, leading to questionable ethical practices. Very high turnover (obviously). Luckily, everyone else hates working there too so employees can all commiserate with each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olga Bekmemeteva the office manager is awful. Manipulative and narcissistic. She also gossips to staff and tells confidential data. Badmouthing the owners and gossiping all the time. She tells other staff the affairs and performance and other personal stuff of other employees which really make this a bad firm. She spraeds misinformation about the owners of this firm,. Be carefully when hiring this woman. Sad to be work with this woman.
