Cancel all your services with this financial institution and go somewhere. You will regret staying with then. I wish I could give then zero rating.

A	Abra Janitorial Services on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existing customer since 2013. But when they transferred from Personal to Johnston last year, the customer service really got bad. I am looking for a condo quote for a new property but they are asking me information like how long will I rent it out? I say if I will get a one year term tenant that will be great otherwise month to month. For that they can’t provide a quote. I asked Desjardin for the same thing, and they got me a quote. Worst of all since this shall be consider a sales thing, I should be answered right away when I call them - but no, i waited for 30 minutes, when someone answered passed me to another agent and just to tell me they can’t give me a quote. I just waisted 45 minutes of my day. ?

They raised my rate by $200 for NO reason, making me pay $405 a month for car insurance. I have a perfect driving record, no accidents or tickets, etc. They then charged me twice in one month for my insurance for NO reason. When I tried to get my money back for at least one of the payments they refused and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I'm a 20 year old full time college student paying for everything on my own... you would think they could take it a little easier on me..... worst customer service to ever exist.

No docs sent to my address, no emails, nothing. Had to replace my windshield and ended up in a nightmare scenario chasing down phone numbers. Avoid.

When my policy came in the mail, it showed $600 more than what I was quoted. I called customer service about it and they said the quote does not always reflect what the actual policy would end up costing. Does that mean they can just make changes without informing the customer? Coz if I had known from the start, I wouldn't have agreed to it. Someone had warned me about this company but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Turns out this company proved to be really crooked.

Spoke with 3 agents, twice with one of them who I barely understood. After more than 30 minutes on the phone I had gotten nowhere. Will try much later when my BP subsides.
S	Stephanie Parent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer experience from a claims perspective. We started a claim in November. Never proactively heard from the claims team for an update. Felt there was a lack of care right from the get go. Anytime I’ve spoken to someone over the phone, they lack knowledge, empathy and customer service. After dealing with different people each and every time, I couldn’t tell you who our adjuster was helping us with the claim. Do not take your business here if you truly ever experience a claim.
