★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work in this organization in a senior capacity for a number of years. To put it simply, please do not accept an offer to work for StrategyCorp. They significantly underpay their employees while also forcing you to do a substantial amount of unpaid overtime. Internally the organization is a mess with high turnover, terrible benefits and an unstable HR system. Management is too busy lining their pockets while working employees to death with unfair deadlines and projects. The organization is also rampant with cronyism and nepotism. Clients are better off with other competing firms and the Big 4 as they would receive better service. This firm is unprofessional, unorganized and a nightmare to work for. If any potential employees are looking at this review please run. Do not take the offer letter.
