This Autopac location always has an excellent environment and service, one of the agent Xintong provided me useful information regarding using mall gift card amount as credit for insurance, which helps me to save $100, really appreciate that!

Had an amazing experience the other day, the staff there is super friendly, the manager Morgan made sure i had a great experience and it was a easy quick interaction and positive experience. would highly recommend this location as you will be treated with a smile.

I was concerned there would be a long wait due to other reviews but I came here on Monday at about 3 and the place was empty. Incredibly fast and polite service. I needed to update a bunch of information on my ID (including new pictures) and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Morgann and Dorothy were amazing and got me out of a jam. I realized my license had just expired as I was boarding my plane, luckily I had another id but I figured I wouldn't be getting a car in Calgary. A quick call and they helped figure things out. As I landed in Calgary Morgann helped several times with various questions, over an hour past closing time. I really appreciate their efforts and recommend HUB International to everyone. Thank you.

Awesome service. The lady helping was very knowledgeable. I came in 4 minutes before closing and she registered a vehicle for me staying 15 minutes after closing time. Good Job! Good location too.

Working in customer service myself, I can appreciate what it takes to go the extra mile and do what is best for your client, and not necessarily yourself. Morgann is a prime example of that. Her professionalism and due diligence are qualities much needed. Exceptional experience.

Giving two stars as technically I got what I went for the registering newly purchased vehicle. Although the representative at HUB who was middle age male was not explaining all options of the insurance policy, he didn't told me the payment option instead asked to me to pay $1300 all in total, then I asked him aren't there any payment in episode option and he said yes there are. I realized after leaving that his general conversation and comments were odd and he shouldn't speaking that way to the clients, such as he asked me "did you check your car is good enough for you, did you check it's hybrid battery it will cost you a lot if something goes wrong" he looked at my appearance I was not wearing mask and he said " Immigrants are not good driver" and told me that his son make accent of one of his immigrant teacher. I have been in Winnipeg since many many years I never had experience of this type of conversation when it directly points at your origin. If I have option I would not go to at least that location to see that person again.

Waited in line for an hour to be told that since they closed in 5min, they couldn't help me because new car paperwork would take 20min. I understand that it was my fault for waiting until the last minute to get this done but I did not appreciate the employee giving me attitude and rolling her eyes at me, as if I was an inconvenience. Coming from the point of view from another insurance company employee, I sure hope that more training can be done. If I were to pull this same type of attitude to our clients, I can tell you right now, I would be in quite some trouble. HUB is a very good and reputable company as I have other personal policies through them but this one employee does sour the customer experience.
