★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in this morning with my niece who needs a Manitoba ID. She brought the documents but was missing one document. I understand we have to present the requirements however I find the client rep (young lady) who was working there this morning has a bossy attitude and wasn't friendly at all. I would understand if it was a busy day but it's Saturday morning and we are the only people in there. We went home to get the missing document but went to HUB at Polo Park where we had a totally different experience - they are accommodating, informative and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nov 2020: I took 2 stars off because this morning I was being treated rudely by the lady (wish I knew her name) over the phone. She told me to STOP while I was still telling her my issue. I hope she learns how to do her job in a professional manner. Except this lady, other staff in the office are nice and helpful.
July 2021 Update: originally I gave 3 stars, but because the owner had responded my concern, I'd give one star more. Will update Depends on my future visit. If the customer service is good then I'll give 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forgot to mention rude customer service, for the 2nd time, decided to speak with the manager and realised right away that this kind of attitude towards customers seems to be all around in this place, glad MPI finally took away this monopoly from insurance brokers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in to renew my drivers license and had a ticket that needed to be proven paid before renewing. I have never had to do this before and the younger lady that worked there told me that I needed to send an email of the ticket to them, so I did. She then asked me if it was a screenshot to which I replied yes, and very rudely with attitude said to me “they’re not gonna take that”. How am I to know that? so I then asked what to do. She told me to forward the email I received to them and when I wasn’t sure how to do so she treated me as if I was stupid. Finally got the email sent to them and because their printer wasn’t working she would not renew my license and told me I was on my own and said “go to staples”. very unprofessional and extremely bossy and rude! the other lady however was very nice and I thank her for trying to help.
