The woman with a red strip coloured hair started arguing with me just because she didnt like how I place my car keys on the counter. After that, she started assessing my behaviour and acted like shes a psychologist, apparently she's a clerk!
How do you file a formal complaint against an employee working at reider insurance in Weston? Please let me know! The woman with a red strip hair (filipino descent, and around 40- 58 years old) gave me an indecent behaviour and unprofessional services

After finding out that there was a mistake on the bill-of-sale for our new car, we scrambled to get every document together from the previous owner. Showing up just 5 minutes prior to closing, agent Julia went out of her way, staying nearly twenty minutes past closing in order to help us register our new vehicle. Very happy with the service we received as first time customers here!
