I absolutely loved my experience at American Nails. They were very friendly with great customer service.

VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. We went for 3 manis and 3 pedis and only received one of the service because they wanted to keep taking more people in when they weren’t even done with half of their clients. Paid an expensive bill. I tried bringing it up to the manager about the service and she wanted to just argue. Very rude lady! Yet this was our first time at this nail salon. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst nail salon I've experienced. I asked if there was a long wait time before getting dropped off, they said it wasn't busy and it wouldn't be a long wait but I ended up sitting there for an hour waiting for someone to do my nails. The first lady who started my acrylics couldn't get the right shape for my nail, some were too big, others too small, not to mention they were lopsided so I asked if she could fix them and she brought someone else. The second lady couldn't fix them either so I had to wait for another woman to do my nails. They kept insisting that I should get gel even though I told them I wanted acrylics. When I showed the last lady the set I wanted she told me they would cost $110 yet it would usually cost $80 somewhere else. Huge waste of time. Oh and they charged me for the acrylic nail tips they glued on :) thats all I had on after almost 2 hours

I have been coming here for over ten years. Nancy, Vin and all the staff are fabulous. I feel like I am at home at the salon. They always try to accommodate me and make me feel special. Everytime i come they have new design ideas and neat colors. If I have an issue they fix it quickly and for free. I recommend American Nails to everyone.

WORST SALON EVER!!! Went to this salon as a surprise manicure date for my boyfriend and I. I had seen their work on instagram and was impressed and figured id try it out. Needless to say I was extremely mistaken. Made an appointment for 1:30 and waited 45 minutes to be sat down. I asked for custom designed French tips, which cost me over 120$, a price I thought was high, but I was willing to pay for quality work. This was the OPPOSITE of quality work. The second I got home, I noticed my nails were LEAKING blue paint all over my hands, meaning they had not been cured (left under UV the light) long enough and the product was defective. Subsequently over the next few days, each and every one of my nails was riddled with holes, cracks, paint leaks and lifts. I was mortified. I returned to the salon in hopes they could fix it, especially given the price I paid and the 35$ tip I had left the nail techs and Nancy the owner during the first appointment. But they made them WORSE. They sloppily painted over the holes and cracks making my nails uneven, streaky and, lumpy and messy. Then the repairs continued to crack and form holes in the days following.These were NOT the quality nails I had paid for and they refused me a refund. I left in tears over my destroyed nails. Also my middle left nail snapped off after only a week with this set, I didn't bother having it fixed as it was such a terrible experience. If you prefer high quality nails, DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT waste your money at this establishment. Ive never had this problem at any other nail salon. Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else. Nancy, if you are reading this, ID LIKE A REFUND FOR THIS SHAMEFUL EXCUSE OF A NAIL SET. You have my instagram sis.

Literally the only nail salon I will go too! Amazing professional service! I’ve been going for the past year or longer and I always leave happy and super satisfied. The employees and owners always make sure you are comfortable. And they always sanitize between each client. Never had an issue and I will definitely keep going!?

This was my first time at American Nails and it was a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and did a great job on my manicure. The owners were exceptionally welcoming, greeting every guest and although I didn't partake, they had complimentary food and drinks because it is Mother's Day tomorrow. I moved into the neighbourhood recently and this will definitely be my new go to!

Had a wonderful time getting mani-pedis with my husband this weekend! Cheerful and helpful staff who know what they are doing, and very clean tools/shop. The prices were well within reason too! We will definitely be bringing ourselves and our children to them in the future.
