B	Brandi Skye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had great customer service, called just before closing and they were willing to take me in anyways! So glad, so nice and so fast too! The nails turned out really good and can definitely recommend! Plus it was really relaxing and calming inside the building as well.
D	Destiny Funk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend bought groupons for Gel Nails from this place and when we called to make an appointment for 6pm (they closed at 8pm) the lady told me that was too late for them. I proceeded to remind them they close at 8pm and they allowed us to book. Once we got there, the lady tried to tell us our groupons were long expired when the expiration date was in big printing at the top and was in fact, not expired! She then spent 15mins going through a receipt book to verify that we had paid for these groupons? Like... really... Once we finally got started, she told us the polish would be extra and all the groupon covered was just getting gel nails put on? So we said she could just paint our nails without gel which she did. The sprayed alcohol all over our hands as a cleaner which burned my mild eczema and were very aggressive by yanking my fingers and shaking my hand telling me to "relax". She left nail polish all over my skin and fingers as well... One week later and 4 nails are chipped when this was apparently and shellac manicure.

We made an appointment in advance, when we got there they did my nails first but made my friend wait over an hour. As she was waiting, regular customers would walk in without any appointment and would get service while my friend is still waiting. The who process took a really long time and they didn't know what they were doing. When I went to give them the Groupon the owner said gel nails doesn't include colour and tried to charge me an extra $25 on my gel nails. I've got my nail done before and they don't charge the full price of shellac on top of gel nails, it's usually $5 max or it's included. When I brought that to her So don't fall for the Groupon, you'll be spending more for horrible service.

It took 3 hours for my nails to get done, she kept going on her phone or talking to other people, on top of it one woman working there tells me it costs 35$ for the nails i want yet when i go to pay, she charges me 50$. My nails are screwed up! I got a coffin cut, all of my nails are different sizes and shapes. She had to redo 2 of my nails twice 'cause she kept messing up! She also cut my cuticle on my thumb to the point i was bleeding, she used the file way too hard on my nail now its sore and i have a cut on top of my finger where she kept scraping it. Worst experience ever!! The nail polish is all messed up, got my nails done about 5 hours ago the polish is already chipping, yet the sign says "chip free shellac" BS!! Do not go here if you want good quality nails.

Her toes were double checked, had a massage longer than me. My lady was clearly very rushed. The owner seems nice but the whole thing is very unorganized. It took an hour and a half to actually get it done.

When we went there, we were bit early and they ask us to come back at 8:00 and still there were a lot of people waiting before us. There was no one greeting or asking anything. We waited till 8:30, and then we left. I’m really disappointed with the service. As I came all the way from maples to here. They don’t even deserve one star!!
L	Leah Malfoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a guy walk in to the massage room and a couple minutes later I heard moaning ... didn't take me long to understand what was going on. My nails were awful and not even what I asked for because " they wouldn't look good with my face" the owner kept yelling at her friend and stopped to take phone call from friends.the place was very unsanitary and while I was paying (which was way more then I was told) another customer was being yelled at for not liking her look. My experience was an overall mess and I would never go back.

I cant believe how unprofessional this lady is, the whole place is a mess, she eats her food while doing nails, stops to go on her phone all the time, always rushing, charging people more than the service is. Almond nail is cheaper and way better quality! Also, what’s up with old men coming from the back room in their underwear while we are getting nails done and using the salon washroom? So creepy!!!!
