H	Harrison Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I went to Reider Insurance at Madison Sqr today to get her car plated and both of our drivers licenses switch back over to MB. I had used Cox Morris before this, and although the experience was nothing to rave about, it was sufficient. When contacting them upon our return o MB they gave us partial information on what documents were required, and even went as far as to tell us "and when you come back tomorrow please a lot more time, the process takes a long time". Having secured home insurance through Reider 6 years ago, I should have known they did Autopac as well. When I realized we could just use Reider, from start to finish the experience was seamless and NOT A LONG PROCESS. Very happy with their Covid Screening and temperature taking at the door, and the overall professionalism of the staff. VERY HAPPY with our experience and will ONLY use Reider for our insurance needs going forward! First class company with first class service!!

They did not have their printer set up for temporary plates yet, which if you are driving on a temp permit will get you pulled over. And they don't have info on the new pricing structure so they really can't offer advice.

I highly suggest Ken partake in some kind anger management training, customer service training or find a position where he does not engage with the public or other businesses.
