Tried submitting a travel claim and they will basically do anything and find any excuse NOT to reimburse you. Would strongly recommend going through a different company for your travel insurance (I can't speak for the health insurance though). I was definitely expecting better service from Manitoba Blue Cross as they claim to be the "best". I will definitely not be purchasing their "coverage" for any future travels.

Had to call in for support on a claim. The lady I got on the line was FANTASTIC. Really appreciated her being straight forward yet friendly, having a laugh with me. Keeping it light where appropriate. She solved my problem and I got paid in the end

90% of the customer service agents are straight up rude BUT the 10% are definitely extremely helpful and understanding!

Extremely friendly, one to one and knowledgeable people. Parking was also easily accessible.

Really disappointed that the "usual, customary, and reasonable charges" for each service isn't listed online anywhere. Shame on you BlueCross. For massages, I am covered for 90% to a maximum of $500 per benefit year. Apparently, there is also a maximum $ covered per timeframe of massage service. For a 60 minute massage, the maximum eligible charge is $95. My service was $140. So instead of getting about $125 back from BlueCross, I'm only getting $85. In that case, I wouldn't have booked the service. Called BlueCross, and I cannot look up this information per service anywhere online nor on my BlueCross login for my account. This amount per service can also change at any time and there is no notification to clients of changes. Our only option is to call BlueCross the day of our service and find out how much we are actually covered for. But at that point it's too late because most reasonable businesses have cancellation policies that require more than 24 hours notice. This in unreasonable and not in the interest of doing right by your clients. Very disappointed.

Withheld payment on Blood Pressure medication while waiting for Pharmacare letter when drug coverage threshold would never be met in a year. In my opinion, this is very poor Customer Service and resulted in anxiety and distress for an individual. A simple phone call or letter could have solved the problem. Very Disappointing.

They have a decent sized parking lot. The less busy the parking lot, the fewer people waiting inside. Lately it has been super quick service. The staff are super. They are friendly, helpful and insightful. I wish more places had staff like them. They are truly what makes this company great. One thing to do is make copies for your receipts before you go, because they can't make copies there.
