★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was not friendly and condescending. Orders did not arrive in time. Waited 3 months to recieve items. Items did not look as they did in the photos. Items in my opinion are very overpriced and only decent quality. This company has almost all of its products made in China or elsewhere as well. Will not buy from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large, very open store! Beautifully displayed products. As soon as you enter the store, you feel relaxed, not the usual stressful pressure while shopping. The aroma is wonderful, as well! It smells amazing in the store! Great products and prices. Very original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the store is beautiful and well curated, but this review is honestly because of the lovely associate i encountered on my visit yesterday - susan - who was wearing the most amazing pink suit and just had such a lovely presence and attitude. every store needs a susan. heck, every BUSINESS needs a susan. if you’re lucky enough to be friends with susan, you should thank the gods every day for such a blessing. anthropologie polo park, you hit the jackpot when you found this human, and if you’re smart, you’ll do whatever it takes to cherish her.
