★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst retail experience of my life here. Store “manager” Britney is rude, condescending, and wildly inappropriate. She doesn’t have any customer service etiquette and shouldn’t be working in retail anymore when she clearly hates it so much. Don’t shop here unless you like to be berated by your retailer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees do not have training to do a returns, they made me open my Credicard settings on my phone because I used My card on my wallet, never was requested that in any place, since is something private, even telling them that the return just will work with a physical card they insisted to ask for return using the phone and of course did NOT work until using the physical card. Good experience is not just selling but when you have an issue return. Id check store polices and ask for the same payment method and was the same card the only thing was that was on the phone registered. Never again…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to appreciate the worker (tall, was wears glasses and I think he’s Asian) who took the time to ring us through the till in the mens section. Earlier today around 2pm while he was helping us, the other customers behind me was getting upset because he was removing most of the hangers from the clothes that I was purchasing, which he didn’t have to but he was just doing his job. I don’t know his name but thank you for working even though the other customers were so rude. Thanks again!! *May 28, 2022*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very organized and clean store. Went in for maternity clothes and they had a small section of maternity clothes. Unfortunately, the Jean sizes were quite limited (sizes 2, 4, and one pair of 6). But, a decent selection of in-store product so I can't complain too much. Change rooms were clean and readily available, as well. Adequate amount of cashiers to make the process quick at the end was also appreciated.
