★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go every year once a year to do a birthday bear (cost your kids age)... At this price, plus clothes it can be affordable, but I cannot imagine paying full price for items here as it would be very expensive. This is the reason I only give it 4 stars.
However, everything else about it is great, all the staff are great with kids, and they were really good about being safe during the pandemic which made me feel comfortable bringing my kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a beary paw-sitive experience! We took our daughter for her first Build-a-Bear experience for her birthday and we were happy with the employees making her day beary special. Kobe did an awesome job to make the experience magical! ? We're eventually going to come back to let her pick outfits out for her new friend. A nice place to make one of a kind stuffed keepsakes for friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were amazing. My neice had a great time and didn't feel out of place getting a teddy @age 12..
But seriously the Steps 1,2,3,4,5 etc were a little all over the place.. had to walk through lines of ppl to get to the next spot instead of it being more orderly. But it was busy and everyone just dealt with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome selection of licensed bears ranging from Marvel to Paw Patrol to Star Wars.
Although pricey, the experience is a good time as an adult or with kids (I brought my nephew).
They do have lots of upsell options but all you have to do is politely decline and they move on. The reviews complaining about this are odd because the employees are only doing their job.
Otherwise the employees were incredibly friendly and super kid-friendly.
We’ll be back!
