I have no words on how to explain how terrible this place is. my boyfriend bought me a ring and they happily resized it and it was great, until it broke, not once, but twice. each time we got excuses after excuses. And the ring breaking was not the only issue, the lack of quality control was out of this world. my ring came back oval once and another time came back with flat spots and totally uneven along the shank. The manager we dealt with, Val, has no compassion or consideration. we finally decided to order a new ring to fit to size and when I tell you it was a different ring, it was, other than the shape it was a different ring, and Val had no interest in caring. Terrible customer service and I will and have told everyone I know to avoid Ben Moss if they can. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I purchased a tungsten ring for my husband. When we went to exchange it for the correct size, the clerk called it stainless steel. I said no its tungsten. She said yes, stainless steel, and continued to insist it was this. I actually Googled it in store to show her the difference. Only then did she ask her coworker if they were the same metal. At this point the damage was done, it made me feel I purchased a SALAD FORK for my husband, not a precious metal that's indestructible. I have a couple of issues with this, firstly all your clerks should know the different metals that rings are made from. The second issue is when I complained already on the Ben Moss web site, no one had the got back to me to apologize. This poor service is not acceptable, . I strongly recommend you never purchase anything from here. They don't care, and they don't know what they are doing!

I cannot express how happy I am with my experiences at this location. Valerie has exceeded all my expectations and has made every encounter even better than the last. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else. They are patient and understanding and only want you to be happy with your purchase at the end of the day. Above and beyond excellent customer service.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I buy all my girlfriend's jewelry here and have never been disappointed. Even during covid lockdown the staff assisted me online to help find the perfect gifts at a hard to beat price

I am not happy with the customer service at the polo Park location. The manager, Valerie is rude and basically called me a liar, twice. When i asked for her manager to call me, he called, and he was just as rude as her. He asked me 3 times, what she said to me, I told him 3 times what she said to me, and then he turns around and says, I never told him anything yet.. I was a loyal customer up to this point, I will never shop at this store again.

Amazing staff who are friendly and not stuck up like other jewellery stores. They made me feel welcome and helped me find the perfect gift I was looking for. I highly recommend this location inside of Polo Park!

I was slightly annoyed when I left with my mom. The woman that was helping me out decided it was her right to comment on my tattoos. I think if your in a professional setting making comments about where someone has a tattoo or how many they have is none of the business of the people working there. If I wasn’t with my mom purchasing something I would’ve left without getting anything. The other lady was pretty nice though.

I was a customer with charm diamonds which merged with Ben moss just recently. But I had a great experience with both companies. The employee Quan was a fantastic helper. My ring was not sized properly and so he special ordered a new ring to replace it with. Appreciated him lots!
