★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience here , yesterday I visited here with my family , an indian sales girl with no sense of customer service works here , we did ask her about mk products in polo parka and outlet variety and we got shocking response that people who do not afford expensive MK goes to outlet , she said MK provides 2 qualities , one is low quality for outlet and another hifi quality for these mall stores
Meanwhile this conversation she said if u like outlet product then go there !
Now my question is that Does MK is tht much expensive ? My family been here from STATES and they got such a pleasant experience from your shop
Plz teach your ppl some common greeting manners atleast if you think your brand is non affordable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is good but their customer service is very poor. There was an Indian girl Manpreet who was so arrogant and mean to her team mates. She started fighting in front of the customers which made me feel so awkward. The new hire was doing so good and trying to help customers very politely but Manpreet seemed to be jumping off in all the conversations and dealings the new hire was doing and said I work here for long and I know more. Definitely staff needs to be trained on how to provide proper customer service and behave with clients and their team mates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by the Michael Kors Polo Park store to purchase a retirement gift. There was one employee on the floor, Chen, and she was outstanding. Very kind, sweet and professional. She understood my needs, showed me the perfect gift and wrapped it up beautifully. So impressed with Chen!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 1 star or no star in service in this store in polo park because of the sales person name CHEN on receipt, my experiece so bad, i feel like im not welcome in there, she leave me when some people came in and. And she never ask me what i want.i feel so down with this girl. I just want to buy watch because its my birthday but this experience in this store made my birthday sad? but still i buy the watch. Ihope this will never happen again.
