★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store did do the return for our gift receipt but they gave us the worst experience of our life. Made us feel that why we even went there to do the return. All the staff including the Manager were extremely rude and difficult. It was a Gift given to us. Hopefully we never have to go back there. BAD BAD BAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesperson and the manager and the whole staff had such negative vibes. I went there for first time and It was the worst experience. My toddler was cranky and they made me wait 30 mints to give a store credit for a gift with a gift receipt. I had a message from the store stating exchange and store credit can be issued. Guess what? Manager started calling the person in front of me who quoted me that. That too when i told them numerous times to hurry up... They didnt care at all.... I will never ever shop here.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Rachel” really needs to take it easy! The worst sales representative you will ever encounter in a retail store. The other staff members were friendly but this lady really needs coaching on “How to behave with customers-101”. A gentle and kind reminder to “Rachel”- How about looking for a job that pays you to be a grumpy lady? Maybe give it a thought before your next shift;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here is always super helpful, which is appreciated because the clothes are not cheap. Never have any issues getting help with needing other sizes in the change room, unless they're busy of course. Always helpful with suggestions on sizes and accessories and shoes to compliment an outfit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to walk in and they had something blocking me. The lady approached saying I need to apply hand sanitizer to enter. No thank you. I will not further damage my dry hands in winter. Rather spend my money anywhere else.
