The one star reviews on this star are 100% earned. Horrible condescending staff who are rude and just dont want to do their jobs. I wont be spending any money here until all the main staff are different.

I’m always met with such eagerness to assist me. A little too much. Friendly, professional and helpful I’m addicted

Poor customer service. I went in wanting to do an exchange & as soon as the manage came out to deal with me, I was given unnecessary attitude. I've been in retail management for over a decade & I understand some exceptions need to be made for good customer service, but apparently the manager here doesn't understand how to do that without holding it over the customers head like they're in the wrong. Let alone, when I went in the first time to make an exchange, they told me they only had the two styles of shirt yet when I came back today to do a return, I found a different shirt in the same style I was originally looking for. If they actually knew the product they had in their small store I could've done an exchange & I wouldnt have had to do the return at all. A staff member had apparently under charged me for an item I had purchased orginally, now a month ago, & were telling me to pay $88 for a pair of shorts that were buy one get one half off when we made the purchase. But because the employee messed up, I was made to feel like the villain & was asked for pay for an item that I was charged for, even if it wasnt for he correct amount. I'm sorry you cannot except me to pay for something i already own, have had for a month & then ask me to pay full price for it because your employee messed up & didnt try to rectify it sooner. I wouldnt even be complaining if the manager didntalk to me like I was a dumb blonde that tried to get away with free shorts. The girl that helped me & my fiance when we baught everything orginally, although she ended up messing up the transaction (which we also couldnt pay anything but cash because they're debit machines weren't working), was giving us great customer service & it's too bad she wasnt comfortable enough to tell her manager she messed up. I was polite until I was asked to pay for someone else's mistake & even then I wasnt treated with any kindness from the get go & if that's her idea of "doing someone a favor, even though I wasnt supposed to" she needs to grow up, that's not a way a manager should act when they are in the wrong. If your team messes up that's on you not me. I got two recipets showing what I paid & what I was under charged & they had more then enough information to reach out to me sooner to try to fix it & didnt until I came in & when the manager wasnt having a good day I guess or maybe I look like someone that use to bully her in highschool, I'm not sure but either way i feel bad for the staff & customers. I never ever complain about customer service even when it's bad, I dont go out of my way to day anything unless it's completely unacceptable & sadly thusly be the first time I'm going to a companies Head Office and about a manager too I'm so disappointed.

Very unprofessional Service . didn’t want to care about customer complaints instead started arguing with us. We asked for cashier’s name, cashier didn’t tell the name and started questioning why asking name. Suddenly another lady jumped in and started arguing, she said ‘I have to protect my employees’. Protect from what? We were not fighting/hitting/abusing, just asked the name.

Found the customer service was nice to the point of too much help being offered. However the styles and feel were terrible. The store felt dated and so uncool.
