BOUGHT 3 BAGS ONLINE. Wanted to feel all proudy and CANADIAN. TOTTALY NOT HAPPY. THE BAGS LOOKED USED.
WENT BACK, ASKED THE WEEKEND MANAGER. WOULD YOU BUY THIS BAG, IT LOOKED ALL STRESSED OUT LEATHER.
I DONT MIND EXTRA, I DONT MIND PAYING FOR MADE IN CANADA, BUT ROOTS, WE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS UR AMBASSADEUR...PLEASE DONT Take Customers for a joke. I was dissopoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roots makes the absolute best sweatpants and hoodies! The fact that you can proudly wear the maple leaf and such iconic Roots name and logo makes Roots sweatpants and hoodies and must have. The outlet store is a great place to find deals on clothes that never go out of style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced cheap shop. I bought a tshirt for $30, and it was with a discount, and after only 1 wash it started pilling. Very bad quality. I was buying Tshirts from much cheaper shops and they don't get destroyed so much even after 2 years. Don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store with old Canada feel. The music was upbeat and kept me walking. The Lou guy cold Canada clothes felt appropriate for the stay at home work feel. I would wear any item to a cabin or at home. Nice ornaments hanging throughout
