★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was by far the best I experienced today. I shop at polo park quite religiously and I was impressed with the service here. I had a hefty amount of returns and exchanges to do but the cashier was a gem and didn’t mind. It is very clean and organized and there is always an associate to help if needed. I hope these excellent employees make commission because boy do they deserve it. I’ve always recommended Banana Republic to my girlfriends and will stand by this after seeing the perplexing customer service mastery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to all the staff that Currently works at this banana republic branch in Winnipeg! And thanks to all previous staff who worked there. Across the many years of shopping there, it has been always a pleasant experience with their friendly staff. The brand has high quality clothing for men, which you don't find often. If you get the sale items, they are reasonably priced. And last long while looking new. Even with covid 19 around, the staff has been very helpful and friendly.keep it going.

Just went to get my difference returned on the 2 garments i purchased for 169 and 119 dollars. They are now 30% off. I had to pay for both garments again and wait to see the difference show up in my account in 3-5 business days. I am in retail management and I 100% know of better ways of doing this. Huge fail for Banana Republic.
After speaking to manager Rhoda about it I will no longer be shopping here while she is still the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best and my fav clothing store, staff is very friendly and helpful. They do suggest new items or fresh pieces to try on. Rae, a store employees brought me a white and blue dress with big butterflies on it, I ended up buying it. Such a beautiful piece I got. Winnipeg BR polo park store is my go to store for any occasion. Thanks peeps working so hard at this location.

You lost mine and my families business; and I’ll spread the word that this place is culturally insensitive and only serves their fellow colonial Canadians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boutique feel upon walking in. Thought the smell and music drew me in more then the clothing. The clothing bored me. Banana Republic feels dated in its style. For Winnipeg that’s saying loads. As I worked through the staff was warm but it had a mosh mosh feel. Like a used clothing store without the cheap prices. It needs to have one of a kind clothes in one area. Ruins the feel of the store.
