I bought expensive pair of boots & ugly shoes that were on sale. Went back for money on ugly shoes & got conned into exchanging for another pair of ugly shoes that are too big. Trying to sell on kijiji no one wants so I’m ripped off $45 bucks and I’m pissed right off!!! They steal your money

I got a pair of Steve madden boots before Xmas. When I tried it on it was uncomfortable and didn’t suit my outfit so I didn’t wear it. I went to the store to return on Dec 27 with original receipt. They said they don’t accept return for 3 days and I have to come back another day. What a waste of time! They should have listed that inconvenience return policy online or on their receipt. I will never ever buy anything from this store again.

past few times I've been there the service was awful I asked to try on shoes she gave me one single shoe then went to go help someone else and another employee came in and instead of telling them to assist me she sent her off on a different task.. at the very least make sure I have both shoes to try on if you're going to neglect the customer.

Terrible shoes. Purchased a pair of dress shoes in September 2018, the shoe sole began separating almost immediately after purchasing. The store had them repaired free of charge (refused to allow me to take a new pair), but a few months later the same thing happened. Lasted 6 months of so. Bad quality. Will never buy again.

Poor customer service. Went in to purchase shoes and the associates working just stared at me as I looked around the store. No assistance was offered. When I got home, I ordered the pair I was interested in online. I love the company and will use this method of purchase from now on instead of shopping in the Polo Park location.

Excuse the messy floor full of shoes and balloons in the pic it was my brothers birthday and people were over? but this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any store and the employee went absolutely beyond what I’d ever ask from anyone. I asked for a size to try on in this style that was almost entirely sold out and there was none but it turned out the employee had just bought a new pair in the same size and asked if I wanted to confirm the fit by trying HERS on which were still brand new in the box and I could use that to order know which size I needed ordered in. Anyways after that I went up to have them order in the exact size I’d tried on and she literally told me since she worked at the store and it would be easier to order more in for herself that I could buy her still brand new pair so I could leave with them that day. Like I said I’d never ask anything like that from anyone but it was one of the absolute nicest gestures ever and I almost cried. + on another hand I’m 19 and attached to medical tubing and use a mobility aid when I go out which I usually have trouble maneuvering around stores because lots have aisles that are too squishy to get through, but it was super clean and spacey enough to not have any issue with that so very disability friendly store which lots of stores in the mall are not. I’ve also had lots of experiences where people don’t know how to talk to me because 19 and medical tubing seems to visibly give employees a bit of a shock factor where I can see they’re trying too hard to make β€œnormal” small talk with me and do lots of double takes at my medical equipment which I always understand but again these employees just made me feel like an average teenager which is always very lovely. I didn’t catch the name of the main employee helping us but they know who they are. Honestly probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at any retail store ever which I’ll remember for a long time.
