★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy checking and sampling their fragrances before I chose to buy them. So far they are helpful and haven't been discouraging. Other businesses can be rude when you want to smell a bunch of fragrances but Sephora has been a delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and large selection. Only issue is COVID-19 rules of no samples. I understand Sephora allows for returns within 30 days however it seems like a waste of product if I can just sample the item instead. Bring back samples, please!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front staff girl was so unhelpful! I asked for a specific product and she just said it should be on that wall and she pointed. I did not find it they did not carry it. The store seemed very crowded and it didn’t seem they minded so many people in the store at once. Other than that it was good. Hopefully better customer service next time.

Staff are always super helpful if you're not sure what you're looking for or what would be best for you, your partner, your friend. Makeup, fragrances, skincare, hair products. One of my fave places to go to treat myself. It's also my go-to for skincare products.

Favorite products are only online. Sold by “the ordinary”. Can’t buy it in store and the marker style eye liner is amazing and lasts a whole year. Otherwise the in store shopping isn’t worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just did a return that I paid cash for. Total back $53.75. I asked if I could give them $1.25 so I could get $55 dollars back. They would not do it. It just doesn’t make sense and is absolutely ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly and helpful when it comes to finding what I need in-store that they carried online. I love coming to this location for many years. A little sad about the complementary makeup service being taken away, but with the amazing job they do the coin is worth it. Aisles are a little narrow, so strollers and wheelchair access may have a difficult time navigating. Overall, I had a positive experience at this location.
