★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in today and received no assistance. The store is quite congested so it can be hard to find items that you are looking for. I approached an assistant for help and was told that she would come back to help me. After waiting for 10 minutes I got what I could find and left. I'm not sure if it was because of the way I was dressed (just stopped by after work) but I was shocked at the lack of assistance.
2 stars for the variety of products and for previous experiences.

I have been to couple of locations and most of the employees are super friendly and I love the fragrance collections that bath & body works has. If I have to recommend my favourites, Frosted coconut snowball, sweater weather, vanilla bean noel.
