★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for IRISH?My experience was very good, she works at bobby brown/Estee Lauder in the Bay and the customer service is great , she is very polite and very kind, takes her time to explain and give good advice. She definitely needs to be acknowledged and deserve a Raise?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady working in the basement, Angelina was racist and aggressive. She treated all the white customers with respect but couldn’t be bothered to treat you well if you if aren’t white. Usually the staff is nice but this employee was particularly aggressive and rude. To anyone reading this please do not support an establishment that allows employees to treat people of colour like dirt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls in the ladies department where helpful but didn't have what I was looking for so I went to the men's department the man there showed me the shirt then said he would be right back and never came back. So I went to Tip Top Taylor and bought the shirts I need. I will not be back to the Bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned some clothing articles today went flawless. Found some other pieces that turned out to be fantastic. Only down side is the men's change room needs to have a vacuum run through it once in a while. When I took my shoes off to try a pair of pants, it felt like I was standing in a sandbox. That's the only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star experience.

I am really enjoying the 'comeback' they are making in the retail industry.
I didn't know if they would have adapted in time, but here we are!
