★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Planet had a huge variety of clothes and great sale prices today. There were tons of items I was interested in.
However, their fitting rooms were closed and they don't offer refunds (just exchanges). I'd need to either use fitting rooms or be able to return what doesn't fit, so sadly didn't get anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The offers are good in this outlet, but some of the staff “for some reason” has a bad attitude. Some of the staff members were polite, but the cashier girl and manager lady were very rude. Also, you should double check the products before buying, as I was sold a defective product which they refused to replace post billing (I checked the product in front of them and it turned out defective at that very moment). The manager lady was like “We can’t replace once the billing is done” :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl that helped me went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, she even suggested other places I could find and other styles of what would be similar. The aisles are pretty tight so social distancing is very difficult in here, some arrows on the floor would be helpful! But other than that great service and sales!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you can find some really good stuff there & the staff are very nice, however it’s slightly annoying and inconvenient that theres no fitting rooms and they don’t do returns. I wouldn’t mind the no return rule if you could actually try on the stuff before you buy it. When you buy something there, you have to wait until you get home to try it and if it doesn’t fit or it’s see-through, you have to drive all the way back and there’s no returns only store credit so you have to commit to spending your money there. They’re probably the only store left that still doesn’t have fittings rooms open.
I know this isn’t employees fault but I think if their management/corporate changed something about the change room situation it would be much easier to shop there. It’s such a hassle to make a trip all the way back when you don’t live near that I was just better off just donating the clothes or avoiding the store all together.

Honestly this is my go to place when I grab Summer Wear, Winter Wear, and some Casual Clothes since 2011! I highly suggest that you check this place once a week to see if they have some new stuff coming in ? This place doesn't dissappoint when it comes to customer service as well ? Definitely going back when I need some new Clothes for my Youtube Streams or if I have some parties that I need to attend to ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went shopping and decided to stop by Urban Planet. I was immediately greeted and it made me feel welcomed. At first I didn't know exactly what I was looking for but i was helped by a couple of lovely ladies and ended up spending more time then I usually do at a store! If I can recall their names, Cg, Talita, and Shana provided me with exceptional service throughout my time spent at this well maintained establishment. I found everything I wanted and more! Can't wait to be back, my business stays here!
