★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst company I have the disgust to cross paths with... The customer service is the worst thing ever. I order 2 jackets, then cancelled the same day. They charged me both and do not want to return my money. I am filling forms with the bank in order to make Eddie Bauer return the money charged for a jacket that never arrived.
Safe yourself and go buy jackets in Columbia or Mountain Warehouse instead.

Just because he has worked in the store for 1 year it doesn’t mean he can make his own rules. Very disappointed with his attitude and knowledge. Won’t return as long as this store has employees like this. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store but a little pricey ... main complaint is the two prices on the tickets ... shown in Canadian and USA prices and our pricing will always show as about 20% more expensive. Lazy policy on ticketing and I will not consider even going into store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had excellent service! I was at the Winnipeg location. I went to take advantage of black Friday sales and wanted to buy a coat. Unfortunately the style I wanted was out of stock. A young man helped me find a similar coat for fit and Charan helped me order the one I wanted online. Hopefully it will arrive at my home soon!! They did say it could take 4 or more days. I hope they have more staff for Christmas. They didn't seem to have many on for black Friday. Sorry I couldn't remember the man who helped me. He had glasses and some facial hair, from what I could tell. Lol ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to shop there during Black Friday sale. Ended up order the jacket on line. Took forever to get it, ordered on the 26 of November and received it yesterday, December 21st. Tracking was useless since it was stuck on leaving Burlington and no other info. given. Really disappointed that a company like Eddie Bauer has given me such poor shopping experience. Customer service was helpful enough to help.me with Adventure Rewards. But overall it is a big disappointing shopping experience. erience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through no fault of the sales associate, I just left the store very annoyed by the fact that a simple exchange wasn’t possible. I bought the item because it was on sale, but they wanted me to pay the full price and return for a rebate. Perhaps I’m being unreasonable but combined with the fact that the quality of their products is diminishing, I’m almost done with this store. Too bad because I like the tall sizes.
