★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teribble experience. The sales clerks were very rude and condescending. I personally think it's alright if you can't give a discount because the item is broken, but you dont need to be rude about it and make fun of the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylish garments of excellent quality. I find all the staff very friendly and helpful. One staff particularly stands out, her name may be Rita. She listens not only to hear but to understand what my needs and body concerns are. She understands how to fit a plus size body and offers excellent suggestions. She is not pushy, always helpful and polite but above all a true professional which is very rare to find in a fashion establishment, even an upscale one like Laura Plus. Bravo !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a dress for my daughters wedding this fall. After looking online I went in to try them on... Belinda said the dress I picked out was nice... but let me find the dress for you. I’m a professional after all, she brought me three dresses that were not what I would have picked... and they all looked great.... ended up getting the first one she gave me to try on! She was fun, kind, and very good at her job!! Thank you so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to put a dress on hold I asked for a size 20 and a 22 they told me they had both so I went to look at the dresses to try them on. they only had one dress I told the lady I was told there was two on hold and she said very rudely told me don't the girl on the phone told you there was one I wasn't going to fight I try to dress they had on only Love the colour it's just not a fit I walked out of the dressing room to look in the standup mirror and the lady told me I need a fit and flair dress not a straight cut which would be fine if it wasn't in a rude tone. And just overall my experience there was not great so I will not be coming back to Laura plus ever again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this store. The manager they used to have was so nice, Everytime I went there she made me feel so good and like I could relate to her. I have not had a good experience the last two times I went the pervious occasion I went recently the clerk was Stoney and unfriendly. The last time the clerk I found to be overwhelming I was looking around the store and said I just wanted to look but the clerk kept hovering despite me saying I was ok. (Maybe it’s because I had a stroller with me and she was worried I would steal things with it?). I tried on a Jacket she asked me about it I said it was ok, she then tried showing me other styles but I felt they were very maternally!!! I am a young person and want to look young. I felt like she didn’t understand my style. I wish they had younger plus size clerks again who understand our bodies and style...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite memory is shopping with my mum for dresses for my daughter's wedding. It was the highlight of the whole event--that and buying our hats together. Little did we know that this would be our fondest shopping time of all as Mum died a few months later. The staff made our day a delight!
