★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store for shopping on November 30th 2019. The racks were showing 40%off tags, and I confirmed the price with sales person in the store. Then I took me an hour to select to the suit I liked, and tried it and it fitted me perfectly fine as usual. I went to check out and I was told that the price is not as stated on the racks where I picked up the merchandise. Same happened with pants as it was shown $39.99 for one, but given a different price at the check out. Prices were confirmed with the sales people before I took them to the cashier's. It embarrassed me and dissapointed me at the same time as I'm a regular customer at this particular store. I have had spent more than $1000 in this year but It made me feel not going back to my favourite brand again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always went with a custom suit in the past but for a recent wedding party we decided to check out RW&CO. We ended up getting a real nice suit at a great price. The quality appears to be very good. They have several different cuts so after trying a few on I found a suit that fit perfect without needing to get it tailored! They took good care of us and was a good experience for all 8 of us getting suits. Worth checking out instead of the custom option.

They fitted him with a perfect blazer and pants, as he is 14-16 boys and fits a 34 blazer and 28 x 30 waist dress pants. So pleased! Customer service, selections and price m: 5 stars!! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone still kinda new to the city and things opening up…I am starting to notice more things.
So in December 2021 I went back home (Vancouver Island) for Christmas and on Dec. 27th I purchased items at the RW&CO.-Mayfair Mall as I do almost everytime I’m there. Got three items and came back to Winnipeg in the new year but I never took out the items from the bag cos I didn’t need them or even remember them.
I decided to do spring cleaning and all that; found the bag of these new stuff but I had now changed my mind on one of the three items.
To cut it all short, I visited this store today and I noticed I was being treated differently (including 1 other staff that looked like ‘me’) and I was trying so hard not to use the ‘skin color tag’…Anyways it was my turn and this young lady at the desk was saying she can only refund me the price of the item in ‘today’s dollars’ (which was about $9 less than what I paid for it). She also said she will have to give me a STORE CREDIT!!! I have never had nor heard RW&CO. giving store credits for items returned in less than 3months or even up to a year.
Now, was I being treated differently or I was just separated from the World too long?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager is extremely rude and condescending, not just to my fiancé who had a poor experience there today regarding a price adjustment, but I’ve heard the same from multiple other people. If you want to be talked down to and made to feel stupid definitely shop here!!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the mens clothes more then the women. The women’s clothes felt like they were meant for women 35-50 but working from home these clothes don’t inspire me. The mens section looks more relaxed. I enjoyed the music and the open space concept of the store.
