Groupe Dynamites online customer service (SAM) is a headache to deal with. I had an issue with a return (which occured NOT at store level btw but rather online WITH SAM) but luckily two employees, Paula and Ajineen from this store were resolve it. Would recommend this store and these employees for their excellent customer service and passion to help others.

Nice clothes but cant get help in the change rooms when the store isnt busy. I stood in there waiting for 1 shirt in a different size for 30 minutes. No one asked if I was okay needed any help or if I had even been helped. I got sick of waiting so I left. I could've walked to where the shirt was faster.

I took my niece here. I’m not used to shopping at this style of store, which is geared more towards tweens and teens. I found the changing rooms crowded and no seating for parents/companions. There is a limit to how much you can have in the changing room, which I appreciate, but it is very inconvenient, as I’m going to buy more than 6 things, and I would like to be able to keep them together. The staff is nice, friendly and handles the chaos well. And believe me, this place is busy! However, there is a lack of individual and attentive treatment, which again I chalk up to the type of store this is and the clientele it caters too. My niece found a lot of stuff she loved and was happy, so I’m happy.

Nice trendy clothing and the service is helpful and friendly. However, I think employees need to be trained to not gender their customers. The person at the cash asked if we ladies found everything we need, problem with that is I was with my son, and of course he was not happy to be called a lady. I did quietly mention this to the cashier, I do think they felt terrible, so I am certainly not going to call them out by name here. I think staff should be trained not to gender customers would make for a much more pleasant shopping experience.

Pros: high quality clothing, reasonable prices, inclusive sizes! They cater yo shorter women as well so I don’t have to trim my jeans. Cons: the cashiers/ floor staff seem judgemental. I am a bigger girl and it felt like the associates were ignoring me. When I asked if they had Large sizes in stock the floor staff gave me a shameful look. They basically mean girled me. I shop online now because despite their beautiful selection of clothing, the associates aren’t very kind and inclusive.

Worst customer service ever! Was waiting in change room for 20 minutes for a size xs of the top I was trying. They said they were grabbing it but when I decided to go grab it for myself because i was tired of waiting the staff were just standing around chatting, not working. Took me less than 30secs to grab it. Would have preferred they did not offer to help if they were just going to waste my time.

There was no one around when I was in search of an item in the dynamite section. Then when I tried asking for assistance all the workers were talking to each other. But other than that it’s a nice store, very clean and tidy. The girl at the checkout was super nice though.

Usually pretty good but had a very annoying experience today. Needed to exchange a shirt for a new size after a relative took me shopping the previous week whom I don’t see in person often because they live across the city from me. They didn’t have the shirt in store in person so they said they could exchange it and order it in online for me. I agreed and they processed a return and were filling out my info to put in online and then told me β€œok put ur card info in” and I was like what? You just said this was an exchange. And they said they put the money back on the original card as a regular return instead of doing an exchange for an online order which I know is possible in stores because I did it the same day at aritzia. I explained β€œwell that isn’t going to work now because we don’t have my relatives card who bought this all for me” and she didn’t know what to say so just kept repeating how she exchanged it. I was like ok… :/ so u can’t fix this then? And she looked confused so more employees came and just repeated the same thing until I basically just had to walk away because they did not know what they were doing or how to fix it. You could also tell from the beginning this employee didn’t know what they were doing which is ok however after asking for help her fellow employees kind of brushed her off which would be their fault if she was new. Just seemed like no one knew what they were doing and didn’t care to figure it out or help the ones confused. Just generally bad communication between employees with the older ones very unwilling to help the newer ones.
