The strong powerful colours reaching for the sky represents the dominance of the rockies and Krista’s longing for a return.

Wish I could give it Zero stars if I’m being honest. Where do I even start? I bought a pair of Doc Marten platform sandals, within a week they ripped on the corner straps. I went to polo location, they told me to go to st. vital location to get them exchanged. Everything went smoothly. The woman at St. vital told me for manufacturing errors I get a year warranty?. So a week went by and they ripped in the same spot AGAIN. I went back to polo where I tried to get store credit because I figured I’d buy another brand as Doc Martens clearly weren’t good quality. Instead they tell me I only get 1 manufacturing exchange, and that at this point it’s “wear and tear” . The woman confronts me with an attitude when I ask if there’s anything they can do as I’m obviously not going to wear them if they’re ripped and that I don’t want them. She tells me I have to “get rid of them on your own” and that it’s wear and tear because my feet are too wide for the sandal. I didn’t fight with her because I HATE being a ‘Karen’ about these things. But 1st. Of all, maybe when a customer picks out the same pair of shoes that had a manufacturing error, maybe the staff at either st. Vital AND especially POLO PARK- should say, ‘hey, are you sure you want these, as we only cover 1 pair for manufacturing errors’ or maybe if you think my foot is “too wide” you should tell me that. All I said was “I wish someone would have told me your policy so I wouldn’t have gone and bought the same shoe” and left. I cannot believe the attitude and that the staff does not communicate with their customers. P.O.S store and I will not be shopping here again. With policies like this I can’t believe they’re still up and running. ????

You occasionally get decent staff. But I went in for return on a product that was only tried on once. And they refused. Basically called me a liar. When we tried on the shoe there was sand on the shoe from probably a previous customer trying it on or returning it.. And they flat out pointed the sand out on the bottom and refused to return. They dont want to use common sense that their floors are dirty from customers coming in and out and we as customer try on their shoes in store on their dirty floor. Worst customer service ever. And rude. I don't understand.

Hi there, I just wanted to share a complaint I had. I visited today Nov 11 the store was busy and I completely get how hard it is as I work in retail myself. To sum it up I had a rude Sales associate today. The first girl who helped me was lovely, I got a size and it ended up not working out so I grabbed another shoe to try. The girl who helped me was stuck at cash (which I completely understand because of how busy it was) so I decided to ask another girl. She was blonde, Caucasian , curly hair or wavy hair girl and I went up to her and asked nicely if I can get a size. Her response , "Is someone helping you already?" (She rudely said it like she was mad at me) I said, "No, but-" I was cut off and just shocked how rudely she was speaking I was going to say someone was helping me but she was stuck on cash for about 10-15 min tops. Then she responded like I was getting accused of lying, "You already have a box so that means someone helped you" "Just wait for her" And rudely left. I understand individual sales and I work in retail as well but the response she gave was so rude like I was lying to her but I wasn't and she cut me off. I get if she was busy but she did not have to speak like that. I ended up waiting more than 40-1hr tops in the store, I also was looking at other associates and all ignored me. Eventually after more than 30 min the first lady who helped me came back to check on me and apologized for the wait which I said she doesnt have to and gladly found my size. I do not understand this type of customer service how rude the second associate was and how others just saw me and ignored me. I get how busy it is and individual sales but no need to ignore a customer and make them wait for 45 min total to get help.

Went to the store in Polo Park to buy a dr martens Leonore and the last pair seems had a manufacturing defect. The salesperson (blonde wavy hair which seems didn’t like to help me at all) told me that if I don’t like it, they can order one for me which they did. I received the package after 2 days and lo and behold, same boots from the store in Polo Park branch. Why do you need to lie?

Ordered online this morning and got my pair tonight! Not even 24 hrs lol! Talk about speedy delivery! Great job! I'm so happy with the overall experience and my new Doc Martens boots! :)

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I came into the store with defective dr martens (I know they are defected) they looked at them for not even 5 minutes and gave me such bad attitude saying I’m lying and all this. Since I’m young they won’t do anything because I won’t do anything in my power to get my way. I work in retail myself and would never treat my customers this way. If there was a way to give 0 stars this is my review of 0 stars. I’ve called multiple times to get this resolved even your online team is awful with your customers. You all need to re train your staff with how to deal with customers properly or find some new staff and from the looks at the other reviews I’m not the only one who thinks this as well.

Not great sales and staff was fine. Everything is mixed up and off season but hardly a sale. Not really great unless you want to buy crocs for $60. Want niche shoes I can’t find it elsewhere
