★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the service staff was rude to a shopper in front of me and then was rude to me also. Very unprofessional. The store was also cluttered with boxes in one aisle. Could not get to the merchandise on the wall. Very disappointed in this store. The store in St. Vital treat the customer like they are happy to see them in their store. Stay away from the store in CF Polo Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a purchase a few months ago and I was hesitant on the item because I didn’t know if it would work properly as advertised. The staff told me I could pay $3.00 and the item would then be returnable regardless if I used it. I was told it was a risk-free purchase. So I did, and the item did not do what it advertised... I went in to get a refund and I was told a different story. They would not give a return and not even in-store credit. I had to exchange the item. I’m just really disappointed that it wasn’t explained more clearly at the time of purchase because I would have never bought the item in the first place. Now I have to keep going back to the store to check if they have anything I’m interested in exchanging for. I don’t understand why they can’t at least give me store credit. Don’t pay the extra $3.00 it really doesn’t help you at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company it is not there for customers. I had a bad experience and the staff was rude. I bought a product and there was no refund and not even a credit store after all. The product I bought did not work. I did sent a concern to head office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some good sensory toys. The store does have Music or anything to draw me in. It’s all over the place. Came in to look for a bike desk combo but found over priced items with little theme.
