★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with Dylan and his assistant. The weather was horrible. They were on time, efficient and professional. They carefully unloaded my furniture and worked with the help I had on my end. Overall very satisfied with Ashley and the whole service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in this store looking for a couch with my partner. It was our first time looking and we were not going to drop five grand after seeing a couch for five minutes as we need time to think for purchases that size. So we informed the salesperson we were just browsing for now and. They. Would. Not. Leave. Us. Alone. We wanted to look around at options, take our time to sit on the couches and discuss with eachother without someone hovering over us trying to talk to us. But we were followed around the entire time. We told them repeatedly we were just looking and not buying on this trip and yet we were not left alone for more than a minute the entire time and that is not an exaggeration. After a while the manager started to approach us repeatedly as well. I can accept the salesperson as they are are obviously being told to do this and are just trying to keep their job but the manager approaching was too much.
I would never return to this store and would never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff who put your requirements first, not too pushy. Dealt with Don in store, great help. Store is very clean, large variety of furniture as well when it comes to living room and bedroom furniture. Lots of dining sets too. I ended up getting from the other Ashley location but still, if it was closer for me I would've gotten my couch from Don at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my first visit in store, very friendly and welcoming environment. The sales representative Johnathan was definitely a good guy to deal with, never made me feel pressured and made sure to get his hands on what I was looking for. Definitely would go in and buy more items. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store sales manager made us feel like family and very important. He made the perfect suggestion which we fell in love with and bought for our new home. As a younger couple and first time home owners we loved the experience and professionalism of the floor manager. We will definitely be back for the couch he also introduced us too. The whole store was put together so nicely and it was just an enjoyable/non stressful shop. We also loved that the sales manager knew where everything was and exactly what would fit our vision. This shows great knowledge of product and dedication to the job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashley home store has a very welcoming atmosphere. The furniture is amazing and it's pretty well priced, with a huge and unique selection of decoratives. The staff was incredibly friendly. I bought a mattress and there were no pressure sales Dave knew exactly what he was doing and made it a great experience. I know it was just a mattress but I haven't bought furniture in 20 years..
I was impressed with the entire experience. Even if you don't need furniture I would recommend just going for the walk around the place is very comforting end-to-end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bedroom from them and when it was deliver to my house, it was broken and dirty! and the delivery guys tried to hid the broken parts!. In addition, there was missing parts. The customer service is the so hard to deal with! They are not responding or just say we can do nothing, sorry! I paid over 3000$ for bedroom and dresser that does not worth 300$! They said it is solid wood but the broken piece showed that it is engineering wood! They deceived me. I did report the issues within 24 hr in the store and I asked to return it but they said it has to be return with 48hr!
Because my name is "Ahmed", they did not even offer to deal with the issue similar to other buyers!!! Is this racism!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the automatic reclining sofa lounger from Ashley on Boxing Day. Was told delivery would be closer to early March but they delivered on February 14th. The truck arrival time was scheduled 4-7pm and I had asked if there were any cancellations to arrive earlier if possible. They notified me at 12:00pm that they were able to come for 1PM. We chose the white glove delivery where they set everything up for you. We were very happy with the delivery. Their set up was extremely fast & efficient, and no mess left behind. Both delivery drivers were friendly and polite. Would highly recommend ordering from Ashley
