Can I give negative starts, worst experience ever. If you need to cancel your order or they change availability on something they mark it as shipped but they dont actually have the item. Will NOT cancel the order either. Been given the run around and told blatant lies. They will take your large amount of money. Do not do business with them (ONLINE - i cannot speak for the retail staff) but customer service is less than helpful. I actually think a rock would be more helpful actually.

The staff here is amazing, attentive, and professional! Not only did they replace my newly purchased smartwatch, but it was hassle free. You have no idea the relief I had in getting my (expensive) issue resolved to easily. THANK YOU! Customer service is #1 here.

I went to the fossil store in Januarary to get a watch to cwlwbrate my 50th bday. I am a truck driver/hobby mechanic. I went into the store after working in my shop all day. I got treated ok, but then i noticed the male of the store alwaya standing behind me. I am sorry not every one goes and puts on thier sunday best to do a little shopping. I didnt look like much, but we had cash and were there to buy. I found the item i wanted. But thw girl had taken it from me and was holding it like i was gonna steal it. I noticed the male behind me was standing closer. The item i wanted i been prevoiusly purchased and removed and returned to the store. They would give even $20 bucks off. My wife paid for it anyways. However i will never gl on that store again. I felt so cheated of my shopoing experiance at Fossil because i duat and dirt on my pants from working all day. Hope this helps.

I was there few days ago Cassidy was very helpful. She has a very good charisma and positive attitude and very knowledgeable about the products. It was my first time shopping in fossil store and she made it a brilliant experience.

Went in to buy a new smart watch and the associate was absolutely amazing. Was able to get the band resized before I left the store so that it was ready to go. Highly recommend going in vs buying online.

Fossil is really good brand and known for official look but my visit in fossil polo park store is not up to the mark. Let me tell you the reason when I enter the store I greet with Salesperson but he did not respond which is not considered as good customer service and leave big impact on company’s value as well. None of single watch has price tag ? then how people would figured out. So my request is that all products need to have accurate price tags with discount and need polite customer greetings. I personally don’t recommend this store it’s better to place order online.

To preface, I think this store is okay. The store staff are friendly and I was able to exchange a defective product within the warranty period without issue but if you're looking for a smartwatch that the manufacturer is willing to support for more than a year then Fossil isn't the way to go. The battery in my smartwatch has been acting up so I came in to ask about a replacement quote. I was told that they would need to send it away for up to 12 weeks and I would only be told how much it costs after it was returned. I don't feel like that's a friendly business model.
