★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a lovely experience with John. I've gone to him a few times now for hair lightening, dying, trims, and styling. He is very personable and makes the experience at chatters very pleasant and sets it apart from other salons. He is very skilled with what he does and I've never left unsatisfied. I always come in with a vague idea of what I want, and he always comes through with suggestions and I always take his word for it and I've never regretted it.
I do find that some of the receptionists lack some training. In my most recent visit, I was received by staff, asked if I had an appointment so I indicated time and with who. The staff then stepped away and left me waiting... not at all indicating next steps. Like do I wait here out by the door? Do I just loiter around until somebody calls me over? Or do you need me to come back in a few minutes? So that wasn't a great experience. I stood in there for a few minutes and felt like I was in the way of other clients coming in and shopping around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first time getting a haircut with Chatters and it was a very good experience. My hairdresser was John and he is very talented. He is very funny so you won't be bored lol He gave me styling tips and as well as products to use for my hair. I am definitely coming back! Thanks John.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abby did the haircut for my toddler son. She was great. I was so nervous as how my son will react. due to Covid it was long time that I didn't took my son to salon for hair cut and he is just 3 years old. But to my surprise it went so well. Abby was so caring and pleasant. My son enjoyed his haircut. I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had beautiful long hair and i made worst mistake and went to them for haircut.. i never got a bangs before so it was my first time trying it.. and the girl who cut the bang just did it soo uneven and said its the first time you can style it and fix it i came home it looked soo bad that i went for a redo and the guy who tried to fix it just chopped it off now it looks like that someone just put the bowl upside down to my head and cut to the crease.. he didn’t even wash or spray my hair.. soo unprofessional not recommending it .. I usually go to chatters at outlet collection that place is great i prefer you to go there .. but please dont ruin your hair at polo.. it takes time to grow back hair and now i am gonna look like a cartoon for next few months..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here just over a month ago(end of march) with the intention to redye and touch up the colour I then had. By the end the appointment I was overjoyed by how beautiful it looked, it was what I wanted. But as days went by, the more showers I had the more the dye came out. I’m aware this happens with dyed hair but to have HALF of the colour completely wash out after THREE showers is infuriating as hell. I paid $500 for my hair only to be scammed for semi-permanent dye, had I been informed of their choice of dye, I would’ve canceled the appointment then and there. It’s now beginning may and I only have a streak of my chosen colour left. Never choose this salon for hair colouring. Disappointing to know it was all done by “the best stylist” there. Hope they are happy knowing they scam their customers. FYI if y’all are concerned about a customers age, ASK THEM FOR ID.

I randomly selected the hair artist as I didn’t know anyone being new. I was booked with Jonah E . After my appointment, I am so much satisfied with my hair color and her services. She is really good at her skills. She is so gentle on hair. I really loved her services and will recommend to everyone !!
