★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Blancpain watch in for service here last year, what a huge mistake. It stopped working in less than a year so I decided to send it back to the factory to have it looked at. They sent me a 4K bill to fix it and said whoever "serviced " it last had totally butchered it. They do not handle high end watches here, do not bring them in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man has $330 of my dollars and my mantle clock still stops ticking and the chimes are now out of tune. I have returned it twice in good faith, and arrived home to find nothing changed. Four months ago he told me-WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT ANTIQUE MANTLE CLOCKS-that he could repair it. I believed him when he charged me the fee to do so. Naive, eh! I would not trust him to do what he promises, and post this review only to let people looking for clock repair know about how it turned out for me. Take your faith and trust elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the store to find out if they had a particular clasp for my Seiko watch. They asked me to come and show it. When I came and showed it, the repair man said that it doesn’t look like my watch because it’s quite small and then measured it on my hand. Why? Then he looked in his catalogue and said they don’t have anything like that. I will not recommend this service to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Not! Ever Ever use Global Diamonds to have your watch repaired or have your watch battery replaced. Which should be pretty simple!
I took my GUCCI watch in for a battery replacement and the guy there (Moe) said; he was SWISS Certified in Watch repair as he fumbled to take the back cover of my watch off which started to cause me concern, but against my better judgement I allowed him to proceed. What a MISTAKE!!!!!! Well I think he got his certification from "cracker jacks", because once he did finally get my watch done and returned it to me, it was totally scratched all over the place on the back of the watch. The watch had been hardly worn in 5 years, and never had a scratch on it until today......... what a mess! I am so P...... You have now been warned....... so use this place at your own risk!
This watch is now being repaired at a reputable Jeweller........ once complete I will drop by with the repair bill, where you can pay for those charges and refund my battery replacement costs paid to you..... for the lack of care and craftsmanship and inconvenience this has caused!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE of high parts prices. I need a simple 1-inch flat brass hook for the door of my Grandmother Wall Clock. They are available on-line for $2.50 for a pack of five hooks, but I decided to "shop local." They found a hook for me taken off of an old clock and asked for $35.00 for it because "it is an antique piece."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Shameel come out to fix my Grandfather clock. He took the mechanism and let me know within a week that it was toast. Got me a good price on a replacement from Germany. Took awhile to ship because of Covid but once he got it in and running with my weights and pendulum he came back and installed it and it's been working like a top. Very happy. Thank you!
