N	Nada Demasy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purolator is the worst delivery company. They never deliver our package on time saying that the driver is not having the correct address which is wrong. We always provide full address, full name, phone number and buzz code, and when they're late as always, I call and confirm the correct address again and again and again and they never come. All other couriers and delivery reach our home very easily but Purolator just updates their status every day at 8:00 am so that the driver can't reach our address but this is a lie. The only time they delivered was after calling 5 times on the same day and we made many complaints to get the package urgently and the driver came in 30 mins. Surprise, he had the address!! I never ship with Purolator, but unfortunately some companies ship with them and I want to receive my orders. I always go to pick them up after a while of the delivery expected date, because they don't leave the package or deliver it. And we pay the full delivery charge in advance. We don't have time for calls that take 40 mins each or more and emails with no response, and we get the same result. This has to come to an end, we don't have time for your failures Purolator.

I don't have a car, so paid for shipping and instead of calling me when they arrived (like all other shipping companies) the posted a sticker on my door and told me to pick it up. What's the point of paying for shipping when they won't deliver? What a joke ???
R	Robyn Awesome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had Purolater at my door. They left a “we’re sorry we missed you” tag. They rang my doorbell and they must have ran back to their truck. As I was waving at them with my front door open (still parked) they just drove off! Kinda frustrating since I was only seconds away from answering my door. Not cool. Now I have to go pick up myself on another date! :(
A	Amina Senouci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel is supposed to be here between 3 to 5 days and it is a week now! I checked the tracking number and it says estimated delivery date is not available! That made me worry if I will get my parcel or not. They don't answer the phone either and there is no other way to reach them but to drive there, which is not an option for me currently being a full time worker and a full time student!
J	Jamie Fairweather on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably THE WORST company one could ever use. My wife and I ordered 3 beds from Amazon which happened to be shipped by Puralator. The first bed arrived 2 weeks late with a pile of excuses. No one in Puralator seemed to know what was going on. The second bed was picked up by them but somehow lost between pickup and the terminal. Third bed is a week late and no info. I have sent multiple emails to supervisors with no response. If possible, avoid using this company and choose a more reliable, more professional carrier.
C	Courtney P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't release my parcel without photo identification, when two pieces of government issued non-photo ID when photo ID is temporarily unavailable is standard at Canada post, UPS and even when voting in federal elections. I'm waiting on a a new driver's license in the mail because I recently moved and presented multiple forms of government issued ID, including interim license and health care card, and school ID with my name and photo, but that still wasnt enough to prove my identity. I'm going to hope my licence comes and that I have time to pick the package up in the very short period of time they hold it for. It wasnt the fault of the people who work there, they tried to help, and I regret being a bit abrupbt. But, it's very frustrating to drive across town on my only day off and be turned away from a shipment that I already paid for.

I missed my delivery so I had to go to pick up my package at the address noted on the slip purolator left, upon going to the store address provided they did not have the package, I called customer service they said they will deliver the next business day at my house but good thing I followed up to call the morning only to find out it was delivered in this branch. Upon coming in this branch, the lady who worked there had no help getting my heavy package out the door and just waited for me to figure out what to do, I asked for a trolley but bluntly answered no!
