“Best Service Ever! I had to courier a document with a deadline to a physical address outside of Edmonton by the next day. This UPS store was one of the only places that would accept couriers after 2 pm. They assured me that the document would reach by EOD the next day and it was there by 11AM!! I couldn't have been happier. Really dependable service. Would recommend!! 5 STARS.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with the new Owner Akshay! He was able to help me ship a package across the border that FedEx couldn't seem to figure out. Akshay went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to experience that frustration again when shipping a package. Would recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future. 5 STARS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to chose 1 star which is generous. This store transposed my shipping and contact detail incorrectly, causing multiple issues getting my package delivered. They have accepted no responsibility for their mistake, and have not helped getting package delivered. I have had to contact UPS multiple times myself individually to try and rectify. A delivery that was supposed to take a week took 8 weeks, as I never received any contact because my information was entered into the system incorrectly. Did not even come close to receiving the service I payed for. Owner has responded and presented their process however that is not my experience was. I was never asked to check the shipping tag I was told ill get this done in the next half hour and you will see an email, which I never did because email was copied incorrectly

Haven’t had any issues with packages and the staff are always quick to get me my items. Love the location as well.

Akshay and his team were very responsive - they walked me through the shipping options and had a label ready for me in no time. And when I dropped the package off late, they helped me to get it included in a pick up at another store so it would go out that evening. Truly over and above service! Five stars from me!
