★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a graphic designer for 30+ years, I can be the most demanding, persnickety customer. My projects involve precise measurements—to the millimeter—and always demand perfection. I've had 4 projects done by ArtSense and they have delivered on point every single time. They are knowledgeable in their craft (Wes should change his name to Whiz) and Karen is the most friendly and accommodating account person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Did I mention that their prices are extremely reasonable for the service they provide? I'm never going back to Michaels, to be honest. ArtSense is a bit of a drive for me but for projects that matter, they're totally worth it. Two thumbs WAY up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks are great to work with. We had a piece framed here a couple of years ago and wanted a second to match. Not only were they able to accommodate that request, they got it turned around in record time to have it ready for a special occasion. Price is more reasonable than Michael's and the quality is better - plus supporting local is always the way to go when possible. Highly recommend and will use these guys again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Between emails, going in and the phone... I don't even have my prints back yet but just on customer service these guys get 5 stars from me. So friendly and all about the customer. I'm excited to see my completed prints whenever they are ready... But if you are looking for a place that is about the customer and isn't just about wanting your money, I recommend these guys. Seriously. It's rare to find places like this these days.
**Picked up my pictures yesterday... So after almost a month (quoted time 3 weeks), I called to check on the progress... Well thanks to covid every one is dealing with late shipments etc so some orders were delayed while waiting on matting.. Anyways, sadly there was a bit of a mix up on my order, some things were supposed to get changed and didn't but rather then sending me away disappointed, they came up with a solution which I greatly appreciate. My pictures looks amazing. Well worth the wait. Thank you. **

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and great quality framing. The owner is very professional and helpful at every step of the process. I had a valuable piece of custom art that I wanted framed and he assured me that my art will be placed in a secured safe until it's ready for pickup. The owner took about an hour of his day off to show me different options and run the numbers for me. Overall everything was great and the frame was ready about a week earlier than I anticipated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome! I got my first-ever frame job done at Artsense and was so pleased with the results. My print looks amazing and I was absolutely delighted with the price too. The shop has excellent energy, is totally customer oriented and is a pleasure to deal with. The staff was beyond friendly too...Karen might be the nicest person I’ve ever met! I will be recommending everybody I know who needs prints or frames done to them in the future and will be going back with my next piece :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After two bad experiences in a row it's time to move on from Art Sense. We've had a number of pieces framed here and if you could live with their disorganized nature, then the pricing was definitely better than other retail framers. However the last piece we had framed had to be re-done because the print was mounted backwards. There was no offer to expedite the fix - just wait the usual 3 weeks. We took a print in today and the friendly folks we usually deal with were not around. Instead we dealt with someone who was not very knowledgeable and just plain patronizing. Even scarier was that she was training someone new! And then came the quote. A similar size piece to the last job they did for us (comparable molding, mat and glass) was quoted 40% higher. They used to pride themselves on having the best price. Not anymore, the salesperson admitted without hesitation. So we went to their competitor across the street, Avenida Framing, and got a better price with expert and professional service. And I sincerely doubt that my print will be mounted backwards this time!

They're all so friendly the second you step into their shop. I was lucky to be helped by Morgan who has an incredible eye for detail. Being in this overwhelming space of options, she pointed me to a floating frame to really make my painting pop and to showcase the beautiful edges around it. The result is absolutely stunning.
They included the hardware I needed to hang it with full instructions too.
After noticing that one of the walls of the frame had dropped down a bit, Wes was so friendly and helpful on getting it fixed quickly and personally delivered it to my house after.
Excellent customer service and skills at Artsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a painting that has a lot of sentimental value but also real value to this place, and they did a great job framing it to make it look like I remembered it. It was not affordable by any means, I am sure there are cheaper places out there, I was very pleased with the end result. I actually have to take the same painting there again for a bit of a restoration job that I was not able to do the last time as it was quite expensive. But I am definitely coming back.
