★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jonathan sold our townhome and assisted us in finding our new home. He was very patient with us as it took a while, while we searched for our forever home. He's very quick to answer emails and phone calls and got us into showings the same day. When we couldn't make it to a showing he went himself and did a virtual tour for us so we could try to make an offer the same day a home was listed because of how hot the market is. When selling our home, he listened to what we wanted and did his best to accommodate and wasn't pushy. Even though we ended settling close to what he had recommended originally, he still allowed us to be in the driver seat. When we moved into our new home we met us immediately with the most beautiful gift basket and even made sure to incorporate our dog and child. He was a pleasure to work with and would hire him if we ever need to move again.
